A Busy Friday

Last Friday was a busy day in 3T! We had a day full of performances and fun visitors. Four groups of Reader's Theater gave awesome performances with excellent reading, character voices, and props! Most students really enjoyed this reading activity that also practices communication skills, perspective, voice/mood/tone, and good audience skills. We'll look forward to doing more performances around the holidays.

Friday was also Grandparents' and Special Friends' Day! Third graders did a fantastic job onstage singing their songs during the school performance. Back in the classroom, students had an opportunity to interview a grandparent or special friend they had prepared. Plus, they loved showing our guests around our classroom and show off their work!
