Meet the Team: 3T

Welcome to a great year in 3T! Now, it's time to "Meet the team!" Below you will find a slide show of our class '07-'08 from the pictures I took at Pre-Orientation or the first day of school. (Don't forget our official picture day is coming up this week!)
About Miss Thurin:
Since I've asked so much about YOU this week, let me tell you a little about myself. I'm so happy to have the opportunity to educate your child this year and help him/her learn and succeed. I love being a teacher!
This is my fifth year as a teacher. My experience includes reading tutor, special education tutor, and this is my 3rd year as a classroom teacher in 3rd grade. I'm a PG alum (Shhh, Mr. McAlister was my principal!) and a graduate of LHS. I graduated from Mount Union College with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education with a reading endorsement. Currently, I am working on my Masters degree at Marygrove College. In addition, this is my 2nd year as the volunteer assistant coach for the Varsity Girls' Tennis team at the high school. I live in Canton, but my family still lives here in Louisville. My other hobbies include: traveling, working out, scrapbooking, and cheering on the Indians and Browns!
