As I sit reading each child's journal this evening, I am happy to say that we all survived the "first jitters"! Many of their journals relate how excited, but nervous today was coming to school (even I was, too!). However, we all had a successful, although HOT one!
This first week is full of getting-to-know you activities, procedures/routines, and assessment. Some of our first activities together today included our 1st 3T class meeting, skittles sharing, rule information, behavior bucks, bus safety, journal writing, and resumes!

I recieved your comment on my blog. Thanks so much. I would love to come and help at your class sometime if there was anything I could ever do. I enjoy helping others and a little change of scenery.
I would be willing to talk to the kids about any topic, too. If you ever need a presenter for something. We're here until November!
