Time's a flying!
*4th grading period Interims go home this Friday!
I'm so proud of the 11 students participating in "3rd Graders Going Out in Style!" Each students committed themselves to working hard to improve their skills on top of their regular homework. I've already seen an improvement in their work ethic and skills. I love that they are becoming independent in making their learning part of their daily routine. Their biweekly reward is tomorrow!
Now that the weather is turning nice, don't forget to continue to make learning top priority. With baseball practicing beginning and the sun shining longer, I imagine that it's going to be tougher to keep focus. However, only a few more weeks remain (AND achievement testing!!)
Many students need replacement supplies (mainly pencils). Please check with your child!
Been to 'Ollie's" in North Canton? They have a wonderful selection of books and learning skills books that will be perfect for summer reading and skills practice.
Interested (or know someone) who needs tutoring? I'll be offering tutoring sessions this summer (for a small fee). Just let me know if you're interested!
The art fair was such a wonderful success! Thank you to all of you who joined in the celebration of art!!
